If you already have copies of your previous blood test reports, you do not need to undergo another test. However, if you do not have copies, please schedule an appointment as soon as possible with one of the following:
Family physician clinic
Seneca Health Centre
Walk-in clinic
Bring your Clinical Preparedness Permit form, immunization record, and any other clinical documents you have. During this visit, your healthcare provider may order a lab test to check your immunity to MMR, Varicella, and Hepatitis B, begin TB screening, or administer the DPT, Polio, Flu and/or COVID-19 vaccine.Â
Note: We encourage you to do the laboratory test as soon as possible as the test result may take 2-4 weeks or longer than usual. Delaying the test may result in late clearance review and may jeopardize your clinical participation. We will NOT provide an extension. If you have completed blood work within the past several years and have copies of the reports, you may submit them for review.
Schedule your N95 Mask Fit Test, as well as your Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support training.
