When is the best time to start the process?

This is a time-intensive process, especially for new students. It’s advisable to begin fulfilling your requirements 3 to 4 months before the deadline. 

What are my responsibilities?

You need to complete the following tasks:

• Attend Mandatory Clinical Preparedness.

• Carefully review your requirements.

• Plan ahead! Ensure all requirements are completed in time. Don’t forget to upload the completed Clinical Preparedness Permit Form along with your supporting documents.

• Schedule your appointment well ahead of the deadline.

What happens if I don’t complete all the requirements by the deadline?

If you don’t meet the mandatory requirement deadline, you won't be eligible for placement. You will be required to meet with your Clinical and Academic Coordinator for learning plan.
