Covid-19 Vaccine

Students must be fully vaccinated with both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Those who are not vaccinated may be denied access to clinical facilities, which could jeopardize the successful completion of their course or practicum.

Delivery:

In-person vaccination (Family Physician office, Seneca Health Centre, Walk-in clinic)

Instruction: 

Visit any location where vaccine is available. You may need to present an ID and fill out a form before you receive the vaccine.

Average time of completion: <10 minutes

Validity period: Not Applicable.

Document/s required for clearance review: CPP Form page 4, Immunization Card or Vaccine Receipt

COVID-19 Vaccine:

At least 2 doses to be clear.

RECOMMENDED: We suggest receiving a booster or a 3rd dose as most placement agencies require 3 doses.

COVID-19 Screening:

May done in-person either Rapid testing or PCR testing (depends on the placement agency instruction)

Usually done daily upon entry (depends on the placement agency instruction)
