FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I can't open the link. What should I do?
Answer: It requires Microsoft Edge (version 95 or higher), Google Chrome (version 66 or higher) or Safari (version 11 or higher) to open the link. You will need to deactivate pop-up blockers and clear your browser’s cache.
Can I access the link using handheld devices?
Answer: We don’t recommend using a mobile device.
Should I put my screen name or legal name?
Answer: We recommend you use your legal name for your certificate.
I have an old completion certificate from other company/school/organization. Can I use that to meet this component?
Answer: We recommend you take the online modules again under Seneca.
What is my option if the online module is not available?
Answer: You may choose to complete complete your WHMIS from another training provider. Fees may apply.
