Polio (Poliomyelitis) is a viral disease that attacks nerve cells in the spinal cord, leading to paralysis, inflammation of the brain, and potentially death.

Delivery:

In-person vaccination (Family Physician office, Seneca Health Centre, Walk-in clinic)

Instruction: 

You will need Polio if you do not have received it in the past.

HCP would provide vaccine receipt if you received a dose.

HCP will write the Polio vaccination date of last dose in your CPP form.
